PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER AND OUR SIZE GUIDE CAREFULLY TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CHOSEN THE CORRECT ITEM/SIZE/FIT FOR YOU.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?
We offer returns up to 14 days with all tags attached. Items should be unwashed, unworn and in new condition.
Please choose carefully. We don’t refund or exchange on sale items.
PRE ORDER ITEMS
Please choose your size carefully. As your pre ordered item has been made specifically to your size, we can not offer exchanges or returns.
SUBMITTING A RETURN
Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com with your order number and we will help you process a return. The return will be processed as soon as possible after receiving the parcel. Return shipping is at buyers expense. We recommend tracking your item as we do not accept responsibility to any lost items in the post.
WHEN WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
We aim to process your refund within 1 working day of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the product. Items received outside of these return limits will not be accepted. Please ensure the items are still in pristine condition, how you originally received your item, with all tags and hygiene labels.
International orders identified as "size checking and return" i.e ordering two of the same items in different sizes to check, will not be refunded, as we have limited stock on hand. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering and we will help you with your sizing needs.
WHAT TO DO
Email email@example.com with the details of your order including order # and style / size of your purchase. Please indicate the reason for your return, and If applicable, indicate the style & size of your desired replacement item.
Place items you wish to return in to a package or envelope and send to the returns address listed below. Include a copy of the original invoice and your returns email. Please also send an email to us with a tracking number once shipped. ALFIES MISSION PTY LTD is not responsible for lost shipments.
