How much does shipping cost?

DOMESTIC

We offer free express shipping on Australian orders over $199.95. For orders under $199.95, there will be a flat rate fee of $11.95.

INTERNATIONAL 

International orders are now shipped express and are charged according to their weight.

We offer free express international shipping on orders over $349.95

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

It is unlikely however, possible that your local customs authorities can include import duties and taxes when your parcel is received into your country. These rates vary depending on the nature of the goods and the location of import. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. 

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

When will my parcel arrive?

We always work to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible. Your order will be picked and packed within a day of purchase.

All packages will be delivered to your address between 8am – 5pm. 

For domestic standard orders, your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 working days depending on location. 

For domestic express orders you can expect your parcel in 1-2 days.

 NEW INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY TIMES

UK and Europe express orders are now estimated at 4-5 days

New Zealand express orders are now estimated at 2 days.

USA and Asia Pacific express orders are now estimated at 3-4 days

You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, so you can track your parcels journey to you.

Delays experienced by shipping couriers, credit card verification processes, customs holds, holidays & other external third parties are outside of our control.

 How can I track my parcel?

You will receive an order tracking number through Shippit, Sendle or AusPost once your order has been dispatched.

I haven’t received my tracking number – what should I do?

Please check the spam folder of your email account – it may be in there.

Otherwise, please contact – alfiesmission@gmail.com if you do not receive a tracking number.
